Out of His Mind was painted as a tribute to Mico Kaufman, renown sculptor and maker of inaugural medals for 3 of our presidents, an unprecedented accomplishment. Mico lived in Tewksbury, MA where many of his sculptures can be viewed all along Main Street. Mico had many projects that he worked on at the same time, while others were being formulated in his mind for future works.
