Just beyond our backyard is a puddle of water that the Mallards and Wood Ducks fly into to scrounge around for tidbits of food and do some bathing. The Mallards will sometimes take a walk around the neighborhood. One day I shot a few photos of him as he walked by my back steps and painted Backyard Visitor from the photos.
